ఇందులో simple past tense add అవుతుంది.
Past time లో రెండు actions జరిగినప్పుడు
ఆ రెండిట్లో ఏ action ముందుగా జరిగింది అనే విషయాన్ని తెలియజేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉన్నప్పుడు ముందుగా జరిగిన యాక్షన్ past perfect tense లో చెప్పాలి తర్వాత జరిగిన action ను simple past లో చెప్పాలి.

డాక్టర్ రాకముందే పేషెంట్ చనిపోయాడు.
Before the doctor came, the patient had died.
నీవు రాకముందే నేను ఇక్కడకి వచ్చాను.
Before you came, I had come here.
నీవు రాకముందే నేను నా పని పూర్తి చేసేశాను. Before you came, I had completed my work.
నేను మీ ఇంటికి వచ్చేసరికి నీవు బయటకు వెళ్లిపోయావు.
By the time I came to your house, you had gone out.
నేను స్టేషన్కు చేరేసరికి రైలు వెళ్లిపోయింది
By the time (when) I reached the station, the train had left.
నేను ఎం.ఎ. పూర్తి చేయకముందే నాకు ఈ ఉద్యోగం వచ్చింది.
Before I completed my M.A., I had got this job.
నీవు బి.ఎ. పూర్తి చేయకముందే నేను నా ఎం.ఎ. పూర్తి చేశాను.
Before you completed your B.A., I had completed my M.A.
